Kitchen has fridge freezer washing machine and electric cooker and microwave.

House has communal dining room.

The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower.

I have one lodger already, so a 2nd lodger would need to be someone who is friendly, easy going and would get on with all occupants.

Cost includes reasonable electricity and gas bills but no broadband at this time.

property is situated on main road but close to local schools and bus stops and is within walking distance of train stations in Neath and Briton ferry.
