My Name is Adam and i am a Friendly 42 year old Professional Male from Swansea , I am a Non Smoker and very Clean and Tidy , I am looking for someone who is Equally Clean and Tidy and will treat the house like it was your own.

I have had a Flatmate living with me for over 2 years but unfortunately her circumstances have changed and is moving on the 27th feb
The house is fairly new (Just under 5 years old) and very nicely Furnished to a Modern Standard. The house itself is situated directly opposite The copper quarter in the new Hygrove Estate.

The house consists of 2 double bedrooms (One of them mine) , Superfast Broadband , Downstairs WC , Living Room , Kitchen , Upstairs Bathroom with Double Shower. It also has a nice Garden with Decking

The bedroom for rent has a Large white Chest of Drawers , White Shelving Unit , Cupboard Wardrobe , Double Bed , Black Out Blinds , and it is ready for someone to move straight in and make it their own. (If there is anything else that is needed i can look at supplying this)

It Has 2 parking spaces directly outside the Property which one will be available to you.

The Room is Available From 1st March
And All Bills are Included in the advertised price.

It is Only a 2 minute walk to Morfa Retail Shopping Centre which includes Morrisons Supermarket , Swansea Tennis centre , Harvester , Frankie and bennies , Pizza Hut , KFC , Boots , Argos , Currys , New Look , Next , Tk Max , pound world And a few other shops .

5 mins Drive into swansea city centre and SA1 Marina , and very close to The M4.
