A bright and spacious double room is available in a clean and friendly home.

The bedroom has a double bed, double built-it wardrobe. Other furniture will be added on renters requirements and preference, such as a bedside table, desk and chair or more bedroom drawers.

The house has a shared kitchen with plenty of cupboard and storage space with lots of appliances - two air fryers, two ovens, fridge, freezer and an extra chest freezer in the garage if needed. You are able to use all appliances, crockery, utensils, washing machine and drier.

Shared bathroom with 1 one other (me) but please note there is no bath.
Comfortable and spacious living and dining areas.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and many channels and apps (Prime Video etc) accessible through smart TV in shared living room.

The home is in a convenient location if you drive :
- 10 mins to Neath train station,
- 20 minutes to Morriston and Neath Port Talbot Hospitals
- 20 mins to multiple beaches
- 5 minutes walk to local shop and pub.
- 10 minutes from numerous supermarkets (Tesco, Lidl, Home Bargains)

I’m looking for someone who is tidy, friendly, respectful, and easy-going, who will treat the house like a home. I want a housemate to feel at home and comfortable to use all spaces in the house, and not feel confined to a bedroom!

Myself: I work away most of the working week (Monday-Wednesday), so you will have most of the week days to yourself.
I am friendly and sociable, I like spending time with family and friends, watching sports, going to events/shows and eating good food & drink.

The room includes:

* Fully furnished double bedroom (currently only had a bed and built in wardrobe but will add other furnishing that you require).

* No deposit required but I will require rent 1 month in advance.
