Furnished single room to let in 3 bed semi detached house in Pontardawe, 10 miles from Swansea City Centre.

Pontardawe is a pretty little town in Swansea Valley which is 15 minutes from Morriston Hospital, 10 minutes from M4 junction 45 and 30 minutes from Swansea City Centre by car. There are buses into Swansea and Neath, however, you are likely to need a car. Pontardawe has lovely traditional pubs with a great live music scene, an arts centre and cinema, beautiful river and canal walks, Tesco and Lidl, takeaways and restaurants and small independent shops.

The available room is at the back of the house overlooking the garden. It is nicely decorated with a carpet, single bed, bedside table, lamp, double wardrobe and large chest of drawers. I can supply bedding or you can bring your own.

My semi detached house has on street parking, separate lounge and dining rooms, fitted kitchen, washing machine, fridge freezer and large range style cooker. There is Sky TV in the lounge, wireless broadband and a printer, shared bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, a large private south west facing garden with patio and views. You will be sharing my house with myself, my 21 year old son and my small toy poodle, so you must like dogs.

I work from home, Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm. So I would prefer someone who is out at work during the day.

The price includes all bills. One month's rent of £360 and a deposit of £150 required in advance. References will be required. Short term lets may be discussed.
