I have a large single room available in a fairly new ground floor flat. The tenant would have his/her own bathroom and use of kitchen and washing machine. There are no drying facilities. There is allocated parking.
Pontarddulais is between Swansea and Llanelli (Junction 48 off the M4).. It is a friendly area with lots of small shops and a supermarket, launderette, pubs, clubs and restaurants. The bus stop is 2 minutes away and so is the library and the health centre; the small railway station is 3 minutes walk
I am retired and would prefer a tenant who is over 30 years of age and an animal lover: I have a gentle 8 year old black Labrador/Retriever.
