Large single room with own bathroom

I have a large single room available in a fairly new ground floor flat. The tenant would have his/her own bathroom and use of kitchen and washing machine. There is allocated parking.

Pontarddulais is between Swansea and Llanelli (Junction 48 off the M4).. It is a friendly area with lots of small shops and a supermarket, launderette, pubs, clubs and restaurants. The bus stop is 2 minutes away and so is the library; the small railway station is 3 minutes walk

I am retired and would prefer a tenant who is over 30 years of age and an animal lover: I have a gentle 7 year old black Labrador/Retriever..
