Room in Pontarddulais Countryside

Hello! We currently have a spare room available in our house located in the gorgeous countryside of Pontarddulais. The room is fully furnished with a king size bed with mattress, bedside tables and wardrobe (not pictured - has since been added). You will have your own kitchen cupboard space and a shelf in the fridge and freezer.

Room is available 2nd Jan 2026. £425 per month. Short term or long term let considered, whichever is best for you.

Our household is currently made up of me, my mum and another lodger, as well as a Labrador, a goofy Golden Retriever and Dave the peacock (lives outside!) so you must be comfortable around animals

The bathroom will be shared with one other lodger. Large shared kitchen facilities with use of kitchen equipment (cutlery, pans, plates, mugs etc). Use of dishwasher and washing machine. We have two living rooms with TVs, plenty of space to sit and have a chat! The house features plenty of off street parking, gorgeous views and lovely walks. The house is in a rural location so ideal for those that love the outdoors and being away from busy towns and cities. Yet still easily commutable to Pontarddulais town centre, Gorseinon, Swansea, M4 etc

Water, electricity and broadband all included in room price. WiFi is available all throughout the house. Council tax band F. Strictly a no smoking, vaping and drug free household.
