We have a large double to room to rent in a lovely 3 bed house (1 1/2 years old) in Pontarddulais. Situated right on the M4 corridor so perfect for commuting. 20 minutes from Swansea town center, 15 minutes to Llanelli, 30 minutes to Camarthen (roughly).

You would have your own double room, bathroom with shower over bath and use of spare 3rd room....all on one floor which is pretty much yours! Communal kitchen, Lounge and Conservatory.

All bills are included. Wifi, washing machine etc included.

Living with myself and husband and our 1 year old puppy (well behaved). We would like a clean and tidy professional to move in as trying to pay off some wedding bills.
