Double room in a central location.

Hi,
I'm Kev, a 48 year old engineer and former soldier with a double room to rent.
The room is furnished with a double bed, new mattress and bedding, single wardrobe with double doors and a chest of draws.
I am a sociable and polite guy but pretty much work all the time so you won't see me much.
The other housemate is busy with work but uses the living room for two hours on average every evening.
Living room has a small TV and firestick there is also another firestick available for use if you would like to bring your own TV.
There's high-speed broadband(free) and I have a large back garden but it's not brilliant yet.
The house is a work in progress as I only bought it the middle of last year, but it has all amenities.
Couples considered at a different rate.
