The house is a well kept 4 bedroom semi with a large patio to the front and a sun terrace to the rear. Downstairs comprises of 2 large living rooms, one with spectacular views and both offering Sky TV (inc Sky Sports). The kitchen / diner contains all necessary appliances including fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, etc. There are 2 bathrooms / toilets with a bath and new walk in shower.
I will be living at the premises and I regard myself as a friendly, lively, outgoing, sociable person who enjoys meeting people and playing various sports.
The person I am looking for should be a responsible, professional female or male, who is well kept and able to respect each others privacy as well as interact on a day to day basis. You will be responsible for buying your own groceries as well as cooking for yourself. All bills are included in your monthly payment (ie. Water, gas, electricity, etc) and you have access to free internet within the home.
