Furnished double room in central Port Talbot

I have a furnished double room available in my home. There is a double bed, 1 x triple wardrobe, a chest of drawers and desk and a 26" lcd/dvd tv in the room. The house is fully double glazed with central heating throughout. All the bedroom doors have locks installed so you can lock the room while out or at work. Free view tv in all rooms and unlimited broadband. The kitchen has a gas cooker/hob with a washer, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is parking at the rear behind a secure 8ft high remote roller shutter door (provided your car isn't too big, I need parking room for my vehicle as well)! The house is located just 800 yds from Junction 40 of the m4 and just a 5 minute walk to the train station. Female preferred as only another woman would occupy the other bedroom should I decide to rent it out again. I do not have or allow pets in the house (could be flexible over a goldfish).
