I am a very tidy person and never have dishes in the sink the place is always immaculate and that is how I would like to see it upon my odd day of my return. I will outline this is for 1 person as before I have had the tenants partner stay and slowly moved in and living for free, I pay all the bills, short term long term, i dont mind if you can put up with my o c d for a couple of days a month as I work away and rarely return.
Shops are 5 mins walk away and train station 5 mins to.
