Four bedroom house within easy reach of Swansea

Located in a quiet village is a furnished double room for rent in large 4 bed house within 20 minutes of Swansea. Located 2 minutes from the A465. Included is an en-suite, balcony, lovely garden, parking and use of kitchen, office, utility and two lounges. WiFi and fire stick available. There is a range of local attractions, including waterfalls, walking trails and proximity to attractive rural areas, the area is also very popular with cyclists. All bills included with the exception of food. One month’s rent required in advance as deposit (refundable if premises are left in a good condition on leaving). Minimum 3 months let, no maximum. No pets, no smokers, but vaping is permitted. I have no preference in terms of gender, and will be happy to host a couple with some adjustment to rent. Although I am in residence, I am often out as I work shift work. When I am home, I enjoy DIY, gardening, cooking and keeping fit. The area is very quiet with excellent neighbours, some of whom I am very friendly with.
