ROOM TO RENT (near singleton hospital)

I have 1 room to rent in my home in the Sketty area of Swansea for a monthly cost of £400 which includes bills. The room is furnished with a double bed, drawers and access to WiFi. It's a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so if you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. I'm looking for someone who's quiet, preferably a working professional.
