Looking for a female professional to live in a large double room in a shared house with 2 other female professionals. Close to Singleton hospital and Swansea University.

There is one cat in the house ('Ody') who is very friendly, so ideally someone who likes (or puts up with) cats!

There is on street parking.

Viewing the property is strongly encouraged.

Two other female occupants. One 22yr old who works at the local vets, and one 39yr old who works at Swansea University. Both occupants very calm and relaxed.

Professional preferred. Some flexibility with move-in date (feel free to message me to ask).
