Available double room from the middle of May - all bills included (gas, electricity, water, WiFi).

Spacious and well presented furnished double bedroom in Uplands. The room has blinds, a door with a lock on it, boarded up fire place and drawers (pictures taken before previous tenant moved in). In addition there is a communal bathroom, kitchen and large living room & dining area. There is also a garden to the rear of the house & on street parking.

The location is great, 5 minutes walk into Uplands and 10-15 minutes walk to Singleton Hospital.

I am a friendly 27 year old professional female, live out landlord. There are two other bedrooms in the property. I am looking for a professional who is respectful & tidy.
