Room in a lovely home

Looking for a professional or mature student to rent a room (or 2!) in a 3/4 bedroom house. There will be plenty of space as I’ll have at least two rooms so there won’t be lots of people filling the rooms.

I’m a friendly, creative documentary filmmaker who works from home a few days a week, and enjoys socialising, music, getting outdoors and fun trips. My party animal days are behind me but the odd BBQ or dinner is very welcome.

I am looking for someone who is relaxed, clean and tidy, enjoys a chat but is also happy with their own space if they fancy!

NB. I haven’t got the house yet, but I have a few good contenders, I just need the right person to join me in applying.
