Hey there! I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a 4-bedroom house at 36 brynmill terrace, right next to Singleton Park. It's just a 5-minute walk to Swansea University, making it super convenient for students. The rent is £460 a month, and that includes all bills (water, gas, electric, and Wi-Fi).

The house has a great atmosphere with one girl and two boys who are all super chill and kind. The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and drawers, so you’ll have everything you need to feel right at home.

The location is great—right on the edge of Singleton Park, with Brynmill Coffee Shop and the Co-op just minutes away. There are also bus stops nearby with easy access to major routes.
