The room is in our family home. We r a small and quiet family but friendly and love to welcome our guests and make them feel at home.

The room has everything you need from your comfy bed to smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, free wifi, fan and your own coffee and tea making facility.

Bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels.

All bills included.

Washing machine and iron available at a small extra cost.

Beautiful house in a very nice area. Safe and v close to all amenities and bust stops.

Breakfast/dinner can be provided for £5-15, depending on your meal.

20 mins walk to Singleton Hospital and Singleton Campus Swansea University.

Suitable for students or professionals.
Shared bathroom with 1 or 2 persons.
Shared kitchen (prepare light meals).
Can use the beautiful garden.
Can use drive way or street parking.
Space to leave your bike in the garage.

Airport and train station pick up and drop off can be arranged at a small extra cost. Lifts to places near by can also be arranged for a small fee.

House Rules

The room is for female guest only. No male guests are allowed into the house. You must be a female to stay in this room.

No alcohol, smoking or parties allowed.

No full cooking - only heat or prepare quick light meals. For bookings longer term stays, please use your own cups, cooking pots and utensils.

Please avoid foods with strong smells as some of the occupants may suffer from allergic reaction to steam, fumes and strong odours.

If you use the kitchen to prepare a quick meal, please leave it clean and tidy for the next user.

Take your meal to eat it in your room so the shared space is free for other guests to use. No dining in the kitchen.

We are environment friendly: Please make sure to switch off all lights and electric devices in your room and shared spaces when you are not using them.

For everyone’s health and safety: Use of electric devices like an electric cooker or a space heater etc. that are not provided by the host is NOT allowed.

Please take shoes off at entrance and leave them in the provided shoe box.

Our house is a safe and quiet space for everyone’s comfort. Please be considerate of others by avoiding loud noise at all times, leave the shared spaces clean and tidy for the next user.

Avoid using your mobile phone or playing music on your device when you are in the shared spaces.

Particularly quiet hours are 8 pm -7 am.
