Beautiful & spacious family home

We are looking for someone to rent our home while we are away for 2-3 months. The property is a fully furnished spacious 3 bedroom semi, with 2 large double bedrooms and one single bedroom. (There is currently a cot in the single room but this can be swapped for a single bed upon request).
There is a large living room, dining room, kitchen, and conservatory, bathroom with bath & shower, downstairs toilet, as well as a spacious garden with patio furniture and lawn. Amenities include wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, smart tv with netflix etc.
The property is within walking distance to the singleton hospital, the beach, clyne woods, and Sketty village. There is space on the drive for up to 3 cars, and an electric car charger.
Ideally we would like a family or working professionals who will look after the house while we are away. It should be available from 1st Feb for up to 3 months, but we can be a bit flexible as we haven't booked our trip yet.
