Big double room in lovely flat with character

Gorgeous, sunny, double bedroom up for grabs in spacious flat on Eversley! Housemate/best friend has selfishly bought herself a house so I’m looking for a new flatmate to hopefully move in end of August (that’s her current house move date, hopefully that won’t change but it’s not definite).

Flat: two huge bedrooms (yours has a sofa and the best light), one large bathroom with bath and shower, second toilet and laundry room with washer and dryer, big living room with bay window and log burner, sunny kitchen overlooking the church, easy to park on the street, next to a bus stop, next to Singleton, 20 min walk to the beach! Prime location for Square Peg, takeaways, plastic free shop, that random dog shop that sells pies (has anyone been there?!), Co-op and Tesco (not sure why I’m listing this when you can Google maps Eversley Road).

Happy for any human to live here that is a good person and clean/hygienic in shared spaces (my room regularly has piles of floor clothes, but the kitchen is always always clean). I don’t care what gender my housemate is, and it’s important to add that this is a LGBTQIA+ safe space for all 💕

Me: if I have friends round we’re having dinner, drinking tea or playing games; I’m not a big party person. I like cooking and regularly share dinners with the bestie. You’ll usually find me after work either at a gym class, out having dinner with a pal, or sat on the sofa for 5 hours reading and forgetting to move. Copious amounts of peppermint tea is consumed here. I work a 9-5, drive, have no pets (but would love a cat and we are actually allowed one so cats would totally be considered) and no deathly allergies.

Anyone who fancies coming to see the flat and likes it, I’d be looking to go for a coffee and hang out once or twice before making the big decision, so be prepared to walk round the park with me as I point out dogs and trees I like.
