1 bedroom self-contained annexe with small living room, ensuite and kitchenette. Bills included. The annexe is sectioned off from the main part of the house by a front door. There is access to a small garden from the living room via patio doors.
My family and I live in the main part of the house.

We live in a quiet area but within walking distance to local shops, bars and restaurants. On a main bus route to town centre and not far from Gower.

We would like a mature student or professional. All bills included.

The kitchenette has a sink, kettle, toaster, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and a 2 ring tabletop electric hob.

Ensuite has a shower, toilet and sink.

The living room area is not shared as stated in the advert. This will be your own living room area. It has a sofa, TV, coffee table and fold down desk/table.

Bedroom has a double bed, a chest of drawers and a small wardrobe.

Plenty of parking space on the street.
