Spacious room, lovely house, great location

I'm looking for a female lodger to rent one of my spare bedrooms. A full-time student would be ideal.

Part time students would be expected to pay a share of Council tax (currently £65 a month) on top of the stated monthly cost. This makes the current monthly cost £615.

Professionals will also be considered but the monthly rate will be £700.

For this you will be getting not just a room but a lovely house, conservatory and pretty back patio to relax in. You will also have the security of not living alone and you will be in an amazing location close to the top of Singleton Park. Brilliant for walking to Swansea Uni or Singleton hospital and only a couple of mins from bus stops. There is also free parking on the street outside.

There is one upstairs bathroom with toilet, shower, bath and wash basin and there is a second wash room (toilet and sink) downstairs. Both will be shared with myself.

There is a back garden/patio which is lovely in summer and plenty of living space downstairs so you need not be confined to your bedroom. You will have access to the kitchen and all appliances and a washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack and in the warmer months an outside washing line.

I will consider pets on an individual basis. If your pet is used to sleeping on the sofa and/or bed then my home probably isn't suitable unless they are a minimally-shedding breed.

No couples please.
