Spacious room, lovely house, great location

I'm looking for a female lodger to rent one of my spare bedrooms. A mature student would be great as my council tax would stay the same but professionals are also welcome (professionals would be required to pay towards the council tax).

My house is located at the top of Singleton Park - a brilliant location for getting to Swansea Uni or Singleton hospital. There is parking on the street outside.

There is one bathroom with toilet, shower and bath upstairs and there is a second toilet room downstairs. Both will be shared with myself.

My home is a peaceful haven where you would be able to study/rest in comfort and peace.

There is a back garden which is lovely in summer and plenty of living space downstairs so you need not be confined to your bedroom. You will have access to the kitchen and a washing machine and tumble dryer.
