Spacious room, lovely house, great location

I'm looking for a female lodger to rent one of my spare bedrooms. My preference would be for a mature student as I currently have a single person's discount on my Council Tax but I will consider each situation individually. Professionals would be expected to pay towards Council Tax.

There is one bathroom with shower and bath upstairs and there is a toilet downstairs. Both will be shared with myself.

If you love partying, drinking etc then this house isn't for you. It's more of a peaceful haven where you would be able to study in comfort and peace.

There is free parking on the street outside and sometimes in my driveway. There is a back garden which is lovely in summer and plenty of living space downstairs so you are not confined to your bedroom. You will have access to the kitchen and appliances and a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Cleanliness is important to me and you will be expected to keep your bedroom clean and to leave the kitchen/bathroom/toilet as you found it.

I work full-time and my hours vary. Sometimes I have to get up very early and sometimes I come home late. Sometimes I work weekends, sometimes I don't.

Lastly the location of my house would be particularly suitable for someone studying/working at Swansea University's Singleton campus or at Singleton hospital as it is located very close to the top of Singleton Park.
