Large double room for rent with parking in Sketty

Hello! I’m on the search for a new flatmate to come and live with me in Sketty from June.

The room you’d be living in is large and semi furnished - has a bed and mattress, dressing table and lamp. There’s an exceptionally large inbuilt storage unit with a spacious wardrobe, too. Big windows give you a lot of natural light, plus a nice view out over Sketty Cross.

The house has two floors and two bedrooms. There’s a large but cozy living room, plus a well-sized dining room and a seperate kitchen. The bathroom is on the same floor as the bedrooms, with a shower and a bath. A small terrace reaches out from the dining room, overlooking the car park and the trees that surround it.

Plenty of ammenities nearby - Tesco, Co-Op, a parade of other shops and a couple of nice bars and pubs are literally a 30 second walk away. The flat is near to Singleton Campus and the hospital, it has a bus stop with regular services to town a minute-or-so walk away and parking out the back. Uplands high street is only about a 15 minute walk away.

As said, you’d be living with me, Jack, a 23 year old magazine photographer. I’m ideally looking for a young professional of a similar age to come in, but later-year students would work too. I’m quite chilled out but like to keep the place tidy as I’ve grown to become quite attached to it. My previous housemate is moving away for work reasons, but I’m very keen to stay here as I’ve spent a lot of time furnishing it to be a very homely place. I’m away from Swansea with work often so I’m not around in the daytime all that much, but in the evenings I like to socialise in the living room by watching TV. Anyone I know will tell you that I’m very easy to get along with.
