Double bed room available near Singleton campus

One double room is available in our ground floor, 3-bedroom flat. You will be sharing the space with us—a friendly couple who both work full-time and trying to manage our expenses. The room has plenty of storage and light. There is also a spare room to store any extras. The location is incredibly convenient for students or professionals. Singleton Campus is just a 10-minute walk away. Everything you need is right on your doorstep. A Tesco, Co-op, launderette, nail salon, local pub, coffee shops, bakery, and barbers are all within a 1–2 minute walk. Additionally, the nearest bus stop is only a 2–3 minute walk from the front door, offering excellent transport links. The Swansea beach is also about 10-12 mins away.
