Double room for rent, Sketty, Swansea

I would like to live with an easygoing, sociable person. Preferably a Professional or post grad student.

The house is a semi-detached with a drive for up to 2 small cars. There is never a problem with on road parking. The house is in good repair and has a lounge, dining room kitchen, 3 double bedrooms a box room and bathroom with shower and bath. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a dishwasher, washing machine, and freezer.. There is central heating. The garden is sunny most of the day ( when the sun shines) great pace for an evening BBQ.
I would like to share with someone who respects the house and is willing to be clean and tidy .
