The house is very central and convenient it is located only 50 metres from shops, banks, cafes, pubs takeaways mini Tesco's and Sainsbury's. Only 5 minutes away from Swansea centre by bus and only a short walk to both parts of the university and Singleton hospital, there is also a library a few doors up the road if you wish to read or study.

The house in newly refurbished throughout all 3 rooms are very spacious with double beds, just had a new fitted kitchen, and 2 new bathrooms one being down stairs and one upstairs, fitted with a steam shower on lower floor with jets and internal radio as seen in photos. the house has Wi-Fi internet throughout with a large plasma tv in lounge with Virgin television the house also has a spacious garden with front and rear access with parking easily available.

I am looking for a mature clean and respectful housemate who will look after the property being either mature students or professionals.
