Lovely house and housemates, sea views!

Hello!
We are looking for a post grad student or professional to share our lovely big house. We are in our late twenties and seeking someone sociable but sensible. Non-smokers only please.

Large bright double furnished room available, plenty of storage, with two wardrobes and desk. Lounge has lovely sea views, large garden, off road parking and bike storage.

We are close to Uplands, Singleton hospital, Sketty and Singleton or Townhill campuses. Good for getting out in the Gower (we are into climbing and sea-swimming).

Rent includes all bills (except phone calls).
