Double Room in house in Port Tennant

I'm a to-be young professional (starting a new job in October after finishing my masters) looking for a housemate to join me in my house in Port Tennant from September this year. I've lived here for a year already and it's a great house with off street parking and a shed for storage of bikes. Convenient for Bay or Waterfront University campuses and a short drive / bike ride from central Swansea.

The amount listed includes all bills and utilities but does not include council tax. Students or professionals are welcome but if you are a professional you will need to also contribute to council tax.

I am looking for a housemate who wants to join a long term tenancy (ideally a year).
