After having house shared ourselves we realised that something a little different was needed, we have therefore created a homely, unique space which you would want to call home !

If you're after a place where you can have your own 'hideaway' but have the option to get to know house mates in the shared lounge / diner or kitchen area then check us out ! Like all of our current housemates you won't be disappointed.

The house is set over three floors with six spacious double rooms with matching furniture, plenty of storage and some bespoke design elements you won't find anywhere else !

There's also a large sociable and homely lounge area as well as a large kitchen and back garden patio area with breathtaking views over the city. A smart TV is included in the lounge area and a washer in the kitchen.

You want fixed bills each month ? All of our co living spaces are inclusive of bills ! Eat as much data as you like !

The house is in a perfect location in SA1 on the outskirts of Swansea City Centre, located less than a ten minute walk to Swansea train station and is on major transport routes. An ideal location for University of Wales Trinity St David and on street parking is available. A fantastic location for anyone working or studying in the Swansea area.
