It is a spacious room located on the ground floor, rear of the house equipped with a double bed, side stand, TV stand and 2 wardrobes.

The house in total consists of 4 en-suite rooms and 3 double rooms, a kitchen / communal lounge, utilities room, shower and toilet. Modern furnishings throughout!

The rent is £400 per month including all bills and a communal cleaner who visits once a week. The deposit is £400 and no fees.

I am the current flatmate, viewings can be arranged with myself or the landlord. Moving in dates are flexible, I will just need a few days to arrange moving out myself.

Viewings can be held in the evenings or at the weekend. Any daytime viewings will be arranged with the landlord.
