A large bright bedroom available with a king size bed, good mattress, desk, chest of drawers, in an artistic and friendly house.

Nia is a writer, Paul works in tech and we live in this large terrace house, with another male housemate who is an ecologist. We like books, music, good food and wine, tech and culture, conversation, cooking, travelling. We sometimes work from home and respect each other's space.

There are several other rooms - large kitchen/dining area, front room with a large TV which is great for watching films, a study with a piano, a bathroom with a toilet and shower and an extra separate toilet on the ground floor. There's also a garden with sea views.

The location is vibrant Brynmill - very close to Singleton campus and park, Uplands and the beach. It's the best area to live in - 4 parks, beach, bars and shops all in walking distance and yet it's relatively quiet.

Over the years we've had several lodgers and have been delighted to meet new people from all over the world. The room is perfect for creative people and postgraduate students/academics but we're open to anyone as long as it's the right person.

This is a tidy, friendly, supportive, clean, creative and left-wing house free of any kind of disrespectful, toxic or discriminatory behaviour.
