I’m looking to rent out a single bedroom (partially furnished) in quiet residential road in Port Tennant, close to excellent amenities, easy access to the motorway and a bus stop 2 minutes’ walk from the property.

This is a 3 bedroom house with a living room, dinning room, kitchen, one bathroom with underfloor heating plus a separate toilet.

Some kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery etc provided, fridge/freezer and washing machine also.

Private rear garden and plenty of on street parking.

Rent includes all bills (council tax, all utilities, and wifi broadband).

This house was fully refurbished in summer 2018 and one room available now, currently occupied by a lovely lady in her forties - I don’t live in house

I’m looking for professionals in full time work, preferably female.
