The house is suitable for three sharing or for four if there is a couple as one bedroom is very large.

The house was fully renovated a few years ago and each bedroom has a double bed with storage, double wardrobe, drawers and a desk, . There is also a large kitchen and shared through lounge/dining room with SmartTV. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and garden. The tenancy is available from 1st September. The total rent of the property is £1400 or 500/450/450 and students or young professionals are prefered. Open to those who buddy-up. If a couple takes the largest room, it will be 560. All bills are included except council tax.
