CONTRACT INFORMATION…

The contracts are 1.7.24-30.6.25

Rent is offered inclusive of all bills: Gas, Electricity, Water, TV license, Virgin TV and Broadband, with no added admin fees. It also includes a cleaner every fortnight to clean the communal areas.

There is a security deposit payable at the start of the tenancy, which is returned at the end of the tenancy provided that the house is in good order.
The security deposit is £250 with a Uk guarantor, or one months rent without a Uk guarantor.
The security deposit and the first months rent are payable by the start of the contract.

A non-refundable holding deposit of £125 is required to secure the room. This is deducted off the first rent invoice when the tenancy starts.

MANAGEMENT…
The property is owned and managed directly by us, Paul and Sarah, local and friendly licensed landlords. The house has a current HMO license and all safety certificates are provided to tenants.
