An added benefit is that this communal kitchen/diner has a flat-screen TV and Xbox for all entertainment needs, with Sky and Netflix content available.
Outside, there is an enormous decked patio area which is perfect for summer BBQs and socialising. You will also have personal access to the locked and secure outbuildings for bikes and storing other items.
Monthly cost includes all bills including Superfast fibre broadband
A full months rent deposit is required and will be placed in a govt approved Tenancy deposit scheme. Refundable (subject to terms)
