About your live-in landlord: I’m a young, friendly and relaxed landlord who will be available for contact 24/7 via WhatsApp, and I am able and willing to help and advise throughout the student year.
My girlfriend and I would be staying in the main upstairs bedroom, and you would have the large downstairs bedroom available to yourself (Photos in advert.) This is on the same level as the bathroom and kitchen, so you have easy access throughout the night.
We are non-smokers and very rarely drink, so we would ideally be looking for someone calm, non-smoker and not a regular partier. Female tenants are preferable as my partner would often be alone in the house as I am away for work and study, but males would be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Working professionals are considered, but would be required to make a small contribution towards council tax (£40 a month est.) (Council Tax band B)
If you choose to live here, you would find yourself in a high quality, five-star, freshly renovated room with no expenses spared. Located in a safe and quiet residential area your accommodation would be ideally located within SA1 with direct and easy access to the Swansea bay campus, the UWTSD Marina campus and a direct bus route just outside the front door to Singleton Campus, whilst still being within easy walking distance to the city centre and various supermarkets.
Additionally, there is a direct cycle path to SA1 campus and Swansea Marina/Town centre only a few minutes from your front door!
We are looking for a student tenants who wishes to move into a freshly renovated, high-quality property for the academic year starting on the 1st September 2025.
The accommodation has a downstairs bathroom, with one walk-in shower area and one corner bath.
There is a very large kitchen/diner with an extensive amount of personal cupboard space. (15 meters by 15 meters)
This social area is fully furnished and will give you access to a washer-dryer & large fridge freezer.
An added benefit is that this communal kitchen/diner has a flat-screen TV and Xbox for all entertainment needs, with Sky and Netflix content available.
Outside, there is an enormous decked patio area, perfect for summer BBQs and socialising. You will also have personal access to the locked and secure outbuildings for bikes and storing other items.
Monthly cost includes all bills, including virgin media fibre broadband - 460PCM each including all bills.
A full months rent deposit is required and will be placed in a govt approved Tenancy deposit scheme. Refundable (subject to terms)
