A double room is available to rent in a shared house.
The rent is £360 pcm and includes all of the bills.

The house is situated in the heart of the city centre, within walking distance to the beach, bus station, train station, university and local amenities. The room/house is in a clean condition and the house communal areas are cleaned fortnightly.

The rent includes, all the of the bills and virgin internet, there is nothing more to pay other than the rent each month. A bond/deposit of £180 is required to secure the room and is refundable when the room is vacated.
