The area is quiet (which is great for studying) and the house is
close to the University. It is also really close to the beach, lovely Singleton park and a decently stocked local Co-op store. Swansea City is 15-20 mins walk.

The kitchen is large with washer and 2 fridge freezers. The house is in good decorative order and has a neat no maintenance rear garden with seats and washing line.

The 3 existing tenants are quiet, friendly and easy going.
