Single room available in welcoming cosy home

Single room available ideally for long term resident in cosy home in Brynmill, Yards from the beach and 15 minutes walk to town and uplands.

About us:
We (4 of us) are mostly creative types - Painting, crochet, sculpting.. we're usually always doing something! We're not big partiers but we do like to eat together sometimes or just have good natter in the kitchen. There's no pressure to be inolved though so you're more than welcome to do your own thing.

We're quite relaxed people who are respectful of eachother and clean up after ourselves. We also have 1 dog and a cat between us so you must like pets.

Landlady lives on the 3rd floor with her own kitchen and living area so housemates have full use of main living room and kitchen.

Main bathroom has roll top clawfoot bath, WC, a separate large shower unit. There's also another toilet on the ground floor

You'll have full use of all amenities: fridge, freezer, microwave, cooker, washing machine etc. We also have tonnes of pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls & utensils that you're free to use. We like to share most things but if you're not comfortable with that you're more than welcome to use your own things if you'd prefer and we will respect that.

Smokers allowed but NO SMOKING INDOORS

About you:
Must be tidy, respectful relaxed person who doesn't mind living with others.

Deposit: £150
Rent: £85 per week (Includes all regular household bills - utilities, Internet etc)
You are responsible for providing your own food and personal bills etc.

We do all also pay £5 a month kitty to our landlady which covers toilet roll, so you won't need to worry about getting those!

Please note we're looking for someone who will fit in well with everyone, not just 'first come first serve' so we are arranging viewing and will make a decision in a week or so after that.
