Sunny single room with sea view in Uplands

Looking for another female lodger to join us in my lovely, light, cosy 2-bed terraced house in the Uplands. Less than 5 min walk to shops and bus-stops, 15-20 min walk to Singleton University campus, hospital or Swansea town centre.

The room that is available is on the 1st floor, get lots of light and sun, and has fantastic sea views. It has a single bed, mattress, table/chair, chest of drawers and a cloth cupboard.

The house and room is fully furnished with bills and council tax included - gas/electricity, water, super fast broadband.

There is a shared lounge and kitchen, and garden at the back with amazing sea views, great for watching the Air Show! Kitchen facilities includes cooker, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, cooking utensils and cutlery.

Bathroom is newly renovated with bath/shower.

There is another lodger who is a working professional (but studying as well) occupying the main room at the front, so we would ideally be looking for someone who is quiet and considerate. The neighbours are mainly working professionals or families, so it is a friendly but quiet street.

Although I am a resident landlord, I will be away most of the time for work so there will only be 2 people in the house most of the time. Arrangements can be short term and flexible.

Would also welcome enquiries from mature, postgraduate students.

Parking is on-street outside the house.
