Looking for student to take over tenancy (As I am remaining a remote student) for remaining semester (Tenancy expires 12/06/2021) at discounted rate of £85 per week.

Large kitchen/living area, Ensuite with toilet and shower, Small double bed, excellent view from window (see attached).
