Lovely en-suite rooms in a fantastic house - Available from 1st January -A video tour of the room is available to be sent before viewings.

Please message with some information about yourself. The price is for a 12-month contract. 6-month contracts are available at an additional £20 pcm. All bills are included in the price. This includes all utilities (gas, electricity & water), council tax, Netflix, and unlimited access to high-speed Virgin Media 800mb broadband (wifi) and a fortnightly cleaner in the communal areas.

The house

The house was designed to create an inviting and highly functional home. The large open plan lounge and kitchen diner features a massive skylight flooding it with natural light, making it a nice place to socialise and unwind.

The kitchen has two sinks with an extendable hose tap, plenty of refrigeration, two hobs, and two ovens so multiple people can cook at the same time. Additionally includes serve wear, mugs, utensils, and cutlery, and a microwave, toaster, and kettle. Each housemate has their own kitchen cupboard for food storage and dedicated fridge and freezer shelves.

There is dining and socialising space directly under the skylight island and the breakfast bar.

In the lounge are there are two sofas and a large wall-mounted smart LED TV with Netflix.

Separate utility space with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The south-facing rear garden includes covered bike storage.

The room

All the rooms are doubles with en-suites. Each room is accompanied with its own ensuite and has been tailored to be incredibly warm and comfortable. There is a focus on offering a desk and creative area to create a quality working from home space, benefiting from the business-grade broadband being super fast. USB charging points have been placed immediately adjacent to the bed and the rooms have been designed to offer plenty of storage.

Location, transport & parking

It is located on Mansel Street, which has an array of takeaways and is a key road east and west. It is very central, so a quick walk to Wind Street and the city center. To my knowledge, residents' parking permits are no longer available for parking in this central area.
