Temporary Accommodation for Two

Suit two ecology students sharing. Very basic hostel-style: bunk bed, wall-cupboard, sink/basin, kitchenette. Electricity - landlord shares weekly bills (simply household total divided by number of occupants), for hot water, heating, etc. Laundrette, shops also nearby, and near buses to Univ. Local library is 3 min walk away.
Pay for each week in advance, renewal available by agreement. Actually, offers accommodation for two each paying £35 per week (or £58 for sole occupancy). Some house repairs still to be completed, so places are offered on a temporary basis with ongoing refurbishments and improvements. Rent amount negotiable for right candidate.
