The contract is 1.7.24-30.6.25.
Rent is offered inclusive of all bills: Gas, Electricity, Water, TV license, Virgin TV and Broadband, with no added admin fees. It also includes a cleaner every fortnight to clean the communal areas, and garden maintenance.
There is a security deposit payable at the start of the tenancy, which is returned at the end of the tenancy provided that the house is in good order.
The security deposit is £250 with a Uk guarantor, or £500 without a Uk guarantor.
The security deposit and the first months rent are payable by 1.7.24.
After viewing, to secure a room, a non-refundable Holding Deposit of £125 is payable. This is deducted off the first months rent. Once this has been received, no further viewings will be conducted of the room reserved.

The property is owned and managed directly by us, Paul and Sarah, local and friendly licensed landlords. The house has a current HMO license and all safety certificates are provided to tenants.
