Please note I work away and will only be at the property in my room some of the year so you and the other housemate or housemates will have the 3 storey house to yourself most of the Year.

AVAILABLE 1ST MARCH 2025 for either long term or short term.

2 double rooms (loft room has en suite toilet and sink) to rent in 3 storey, new build house in Port Tennant. Built 2012. Former show home.

I live in one of the 3 bedrooms.

PLEASE NOTE: The garage is a utility room with white goods and storage so it cannot be used for parking as it has been converted. There are 3 parking spaces on the drive so each tenant has a parking space.

Room 1 is on the second floor and is large with loft windows and has an en suite for the sole use of room 1 (toilet only - you can share the bathroom on the floor below). Suitable for singles or couples. This room also has access to the family bathroom on the first floor, the WC on the ground floor, the kitchen, lounge, utility room and gardens. Unfurnished but can be furnished with single or double bed on request and desk and chair. It has a bedside table. You need to bring your own TV of desired. In the photos it shows a blow up bed but now there's a normal bed in it.

Room 3 is on the first floor and is a single room for a sole applicant only. This room has access to the family bathroom on the same floor, the WC on the ground floor, the kitchen, lounge, utility room and gardens. Unfurnished with bookshelf and bedside table. Single bed and a desk and chair can be provided on request. If you . There are fitted wardrobes.

These rooms can be furnished or unfurnished for you.

Students or professionals welcome. Housetrained and well behaved pets welcome if all housemates agree. Smokers welcome but please smoke outside. All dietary requirements welcomed. You must have references that I can telephone and email (if students, please provide a guarantor such as your parents) and also an employment reference or a university reference.

All bills included - there is no Sky so if you want this you'll have to get your own subscription or work it out with the other housemates. Also you can sort out a cleaning service between yourselves if you like. The house has an aerial. There is wifi throughout the house.

This property is near Bay Campus, city centre, beach, shops and M4.

Excellent views of Kilvey Hill and sports fields nearby as well as a lake and wildlife/country park walks. The beaches are a bus ride away as is Singleton Campus, The University of Wales Campus on the marina and the city centre.

Not very far from Parc Tawe which has a lot of supermarkets including Sainsburys, Iceland, Farmfoods, Lidl and Aldi.

Starbucks, Costa, McDonalds, local shops nearby.

Fire exit signs, fire extinguisher in the hall and kitchen (with fire blanket), emergency escape harness (if needed from 2nd floor loft bedroom), fire alarms and carbon monoxide detectors on each floor.

Storage room in the garage/utility room for bikes.

All bedroom doors have a lock and key.
