I am looking for someone to take over my place in Crown Place, 2 kings.
Crown place is a well known student occupation.
-The room is single occupancy, with a kitchen and bathroom inside the room, all bills inclusive.
-This place has an excellent Gym and a Gaming area.
-The bus stop is exactly in front of the house.
-Sainsbury's is next to the building and Lidl is 10 minutes away.
The contract is for 10 months which can be changed to a year.
The contract will be signed in the office of Crown Place so it is 100% safe.
The crown place contracts can be paid as 2 installment payments, however this option requires a guarantor, or paying the whole price for 10 months in advance.

The original price of the room is £193/week but as I have to leave the place as soon as possible I am reducing it to £163/week which the differenece price will be directly transferred to your account by me after signing the contract.
