Bills are not included however are already setup and so anyone moving in would simply pay for their share of the bills (water, electricity, gas and internet).

The property is open to professionals however please be aware the council tax would be due in full totalling approx £180 per month for a single occupant. Students are free of council tax.

The property has been totally refitted to a very high standard and benefits from an expansive and modern open plan kitchen living room with dining space. There are two large shower rooms with shower, WC and sink as well as a downstairs WC.

There is a rear slabbed garden to enjoy on those sunny days.

Each bedroom is a double other than one bed which is a single. We have our own team of maintenance people to ensure that issues are resolved very quickly.
