2 large double bedrooms available in a professional house share. The house is equipped with a recently renovated bathroom and modern kitchen. There is a large living/dinning room and garden with patio and rear access. It is a 5 min walk to the beach, Singleton and Brynmill park and close to bars and cafes in Uplands. I am looking for a professional over the age of 30 who is looking to live in a lovely house and who is clean and tidy. The property would suit 2 individuals or a couple. The landlady is rarely there but would expect the property to be well maintained.
