We are looking for easy going, chilled out individuals who are pleasant and cheerful and in return you can expect the same from us.
We’ve had several lodgers over the years and it’s always been a great experience for both parties. We’re not looking for anyone who works from home or works shifts. Ideally someone who goes home or to a partner on some weekends, but not essential.

The house is exceptionally spacious and well presented and is maintained to a high standard. Tastefully furnished throughout, you will enjoy a modern and comfortable living space.

The room is a large large doubles and is fully furnished to a high standard with twin wardrobes and large screen TV.

Fast fibre Broadband is included and Wifi is strong in all areas of the house.

This will suit somebody who has respect for their surroundings and those they share it with. Whist we all have active social lives and regularly enjoy a drink, this is NOT a party house.

If you are reasonably sociable, but also enjoy and appreciate your own space and privacy, this IS for you.

If you have a regular partner that you see and would like them to stay over, that is absolutely fine, up to a couple of nights a week/weekend, but definitely don’t want strangers/one night stands being brought back 😬
We have dogs, however you don't have to be an animal lover to live here, as they don’t have the run of the house, but not suitable if you have a pet allergy.

We're just 15 minuets from the city centre, DVLA, Singleton Hospital, Morriston Hospital and the SA1 complex and in walking distance of the Liberty Stadium, plus we are very well served by public transport and conveniently close to the M4.

The area is nice and safe, predominantly family orientated and there is street parking available.
