Hi there! We're looking for a new housemate to share our property. You'll have the largest room for just £250 per month. You'll be living with 3 friendly, responsible, and quiet female recent graduates from Swansea University. We have 2 bathrooms to share, so no worries about queues!

Professionals benefit from sharing council tax among 4 people, which comes down to only £40 per month. Bills are separate and average around £50 monthly.
