We have a few houses available from July/August. The houses are available to both students and professionals and can be rented as a whole or on individual tenancies.

In all houses there will be FULL cosmetic refurbishment carried out and NEW FURNITURE purchased!

I am attaching pictures/video of few rooms we have done recently and similar standard we aim for in all other houses so you know what finish/quality you can expect.

***PRICE***

Prices (with all bills included) will vary between £470 - £560 depending on the size of the room.

Generally minimum tenancy is 6 months but short term stays considered (minimum 1 month) at a bit higher price.
